Bio Sketch

Ann Rudrauff, MA in Health Education, has over 40 years of teaching/mentoring experience with all ages--children, college students, adults.

She is an Associate Polarity Practitioner, APP, and continues training in the holistic field. Ann provides a fun, interactive learning environment to meet you where you are and take you to your next level. "Wellness enhancement is a personal process of specific action steps taken over time in a spiral of new information. Come get on the path--ours won't be the same but we can walk it together."
