Everyone is welcome to attend the Journey of Balance Healing Weekend.

This annual Weekend is intended for persons living with HIV/AIDS, life threatening illnesses and caregivers, and anyone seeking support and tools to bring balance to the journey.

This will be a designated "safe place" for those living with HIV/AIDS. ("What is said here stays here.")

REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED

Participants must register in advance.

Important Information

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY: If I need to cancel, I agree to notify Rainbow Spiritual Education Center (RSEC) 72 hours before the weekend. I realize that failure to do so may result in the loss of my registration fee as well as prevent someone on the waiting list from attending.

MEDICAL RESPONSIBILITY:

The Rainbow Spiritual Education Center, Inc. (RSEC) does not assume responsibility for meeting participant's medical needs. Registration for the weekend acknowledges that participants agree, in this regard, to hold RSEC, its staff, employees, consultants, presenters, and/or volunteers blameless. If necessary, a participant in need of emergency medical care will be transported to the nearest and/or most appropriate medical facility for treatment and that the cost of such transportation and treatment is the responsibility of the participant.

CONFIDENTIALITY:

All participants, presenters, and organizers of this weekend, will protect the confidentiality of all participants who are involved in this Healing Weekend by not disclosing the names of any participants who are involved in this Healing Weekend without the participants' permission.

PHOTOGRAPHY:

Photographs or videos will only take place with the permission of those being photographed and such personal photographs are not to appear in any publication or presentation of any kind.
